NachoNacho is a US start-up based in San Francisco. It's an all-in-one platform that combines SaaS and subscriptions, along with its own marketplace.
With NachoNacho, you have a single website where you can easily track your subscription payments, expiration dates, and even create virtual credit cards with specific limits, ensuring secure online transactions. This project has already secured significant investment, and the sky is the limit for its potential.
Initially, NachoNacho hired us to assist with their rebranding and improve the UI of their app and website, aiming to enhance their visual appeal. However, we soon realized that a mere redesign or rebranding wouldn't address the underlying issues that were hindering their progress. There was much more work to be done.
This called for a comprehensive analysis, UX design, and UX testing, which led to a deeper collaboration with the team.
Through rigorous website UX testing and analysis of their communication and website structure, we concluded that a complete rebuild was necessary for potential customers to grasp the value of their service. Once we established this strong foundation, we proceeded to create a more robust brand and design that truly served their business goals.
New visits, new inquiries, and the time spent on the site, skyrocketed.
We began by making their services more user-friendly and goal-oriented before shifting our focus to aesthetics. Over a period of 3 - 4 months, we successfully released a new website with a fresh brand identity. The integration of UX design, UX testing, rebranding, and platform redesign resulted in an immediate increase in website traffic, customer acquisition, and ultimately, higher cash flow.
Not only did our customers take note of these positive changes, but we also received favorable feedback from companies offering their own services through NachoNacho.
Thanks to our collective efforts, we are now establishing a global platform and inevitably progressing towards series A funding.
